Stahl Knit is a small independent brand based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was founded in 2020 by Jessica Stahl, a 2018 fashion graduate of Pratt Institute in Brooklyn.

The brand was born out of the desire to create pieces that spark pure joy and espouse childhood nostalgia, yet are also functional and timeless. Most importantly, Jessica deeply cares about designing and creating locally with the highest quality yarn and materials. All knitwear, cut and sew apparel, and samples are produced in the Philadelphia studio. Anything not produced in Philadelphia is done through ethical fair trade. Stahl Knit partners with AHA Bolivia, a guaranteed member of the World Fair Trade Organization located in Cochabamba, Bolivia, to create the crochet accessories.
